What's unique about OnBeing Mindful Mentoring?
Our mentoring methodology is rooted in the foundations of mindfulness and emotional intelligence, which helps leaders to learn how to embody the skills and practices that create sustainable change.
We believe that true organizational transformation comes from not just what we do, but how we do it. This means developing an emotionally and socially intelligent workforce that more deeply understands themselves, each other, and how we collaborate best together.
Our mentoring supports leaders to:
- Align actions to reflect their values and reconnect to meaning at work
- Cultivate a calm and focused mind to help them arrive at decisions with more clarity
- Improve performance through building motivation, focus, and efficiency
- Create an environment so that others feel seen, heard, and empowered to be themselves
- Create internal conditions that support overall wellbeing and positive engagement at work
OnBeing Mindful Mentoring is designed to help shift the mindset and mental models of the participant beyond just teaching new skills and information. In the short term, this means helping individuals more skillfully apply what they learned in our programs to real world situations to support immediate impact. In the long term, this means fundamentally shifting not only how a person leads, but who they are as a leader by enabling them to operate in more complex, systemic, strategic, and interdependent ways.
